1. Associate Director of Development Management Services ( China - Based in either China or Hong Kong)

REVPAR has an extensive pipeline of development related projects commencing in China in 2010. 2. Associate - Development Management Services ( Australia - Multiple Positions All States)

With the current level of development projects being stalled due to the funding costs, REVPAR has recently set up a Development Management team in Brisbane & Sydney. To support this team we require the services of experienced property developers who can identify land banking opportunities. Land will need to have planning approval for a tourism related development.  Size, location and type of development is subject to case by case analysis - however there will be strict IRR requirements from our offshore funding syndicate.

This role is a commision only role with the associate being paid an upfront fee on signing of contracts and further commission on the completed project. The commission is calculated on gross realisation value of the development.
