An operational review involves having an independent expert analysis of how the business is performing and analyze opportunities for improvement. Following a unique diagnostic and strategic review methodology "essentially a SWOT on Steroids" the MOR will provide business case’s for operational improvement.

2.2 Identification of new Revenue Sources
