Stage 1: Marketing Diagnostic & Strategic Review
The objective of this stage is to undertake a strategic review of the business and marketing practices, identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Identify business cases for improvement, and establish immediate priorities for the business.

Stage 2: Strategic Marketing Plan
The objective for this stage is to create a thorough plan for moving forward. The plan covers more then just strategy, but also tactics, budgets and resources provided. A risk management plan is also included at no extra charge.
